11. מרכז עסקים וישיבות הדירקטוריון
(א)הניהול השוטף של החברה ומרכז עסקיה יהיו בישראל.
(ב)ישיבות הדירקטוריון והאסיפה הכללית של בעלי המניות של החברה יתקיימו בישראל.
