3. הצמדה
תיקון: תשע״ו
הסכומים הנקובים בתקנה 2, יהיו צמודים למדד ויתעדכנו בשיעור שינויו מן המדד שפורסם בינואר 2015, אם שונה, לעומת המדד האחרון שפורסם לפני תשלומם בפועל בידי בעל רישיון או המבקש, לפי העניין.
