בתקנות אלה, ”אמנת ניו יורק“ – האמנה בדבר הכרתם ואכיפתם של פסקי בוררות חוץ, שנחתמה בניו יורק, ביום 10 ביוני 1958 ושהיא בת תוקף לגבי ישראל מיום 7 ביוני 1959.
