2. ציון דרגה צבאית במילוי תפקיד בצבא
מותר להשתמש בציון הדרגה הצבאית של מי שאינו חייל כמשמעותו בסעיף 1 לחוק, כאשר השימוש בציון דרגה נעשה על ידי חייל במילוי תפקידו, בכתב או בפניה בעל־פה, אל מי שנמנה עם כוחות המילואים של הצבא, והוא אף אם לא נתמלאו התנאים שבתקנה 1(1).
