10. הוכחת הטעמים לועדת הפטור
קבעה ועדת הפטור כי המבקשת הוכיחה שטעמים שבמצפון או טעמים שבהווי משפחתי דתי מונעים את המבקשת מלשרת בשירות בטחון, תינתן למבקשת תעודה חתומה בידי יושב ראש ועדת הפטור המעידה כי המבקשת זכאית לפטור.
