15. הוכחת הטעמים בועדת הערר
קבעה ועדת הערר כי העוררת הוכיחה שטעמים שבמצפון או טעמים שבהווי משפחתי דתי מונעים את העוררת מלשרת בשירות בטחון, תינתן לעוררת תעודה חתומה בידי יושב ראש ועדת הערר המעידה כי העוררת זכאית לפטור.
