17. הוראת מעבר
הוגשה בקשה לפטור מחובת שירות בטחון לפני יום תחילתו של חוק שירות בטחון (תיקון מס׳ 13), תשל״ח–1978, רשאית המבקשת להגיש בקשה לפטור לפי סעיף 30(ג) לחוק תוך התקופות שנקבעו בתקנות אלה או תוך 60 יום מיום שהמבקשת קיבלה מפוקד הודעה על זכותה להגיש בקשה לפטור כאמור, הכל לפי המועד המאוחר יותר.
