8. תחילה ותחולה
תחילתו של צו זה ביום כ״ז בטבת התשס״ג (1 בינואר 2003) (להלן – יום התחילה) והוא יחול על פוליסות שנכנסו לתוקף למן יום התחילה ואילך; על אף האמור, הקרן רשאית לדחות את מועד הדיווח לפי סעיף 4(א) לחברת ביטוח שתבקש זאת, ובלבד שמועד זה לא יהיה מאוחר מיום י״ח באדר א׳ התשס״ג (20 בפברואר 2003).
