1. איסור דטרגנטים קשים
(א)לא ייצר אדם, לא ייבא, לא יפיץ ולא ישווק כל מוצר או תכשיר המשמש לכביסה או לניקוי.
(ב)בתקנה זו, ”מוצר או תכשיר“ – כל מוצר או תכשיר, המכיל חומר מוריד מתח פנים המיוצר מאלקיל־בנזן בעל שרשרת מסועפת.
