3. איסור התקנה וחיבור
תיקון: תשנ״ב
לא יתקין אדם מיתקן דישון במערכת מים, לא יחברו, לא יפעילו ולא יחזיק מיתקן דישון כשהוא מחובר למערכת מים, אלא אם כן התקין מכשיר מונע זרימה חוזרת של מים בראש מערכת המים בהתאם לתקנות בריאות העם (התקנת מכשיר מונע זרימת מים חוזרת), התשנ״ב–1991.
