8. סייג לתחולה
(א)תקנות אלה לא יחולו על –
(1)בריכת אידוי כמשמעותה בתקנות המים (מניעת זיהום מים) (שטיפת מתקני ריסוס), התשנ״א–1991;
(2)בריכה המשמשת למיחזור מים בתעשיית בטון, או בתעשיית מחצבים ומחצבות, ובלבד שאין הצטברות של מלחים כלורידים, מלחים נתרניים או חומרים מסוכנים בתהליך מיחזור המים.
(ב)על בריכה הקיימת ביום תחילתן של תקנות אלה, לא יחולו הוראות תקנות 2, 3(א)(1)–(7), ו־3(ב).
