בעת הגשת תכנית בענין הקמת תחנת דלק למוסד תכנון כמשמעותו בחוק התכנון והבניה, התשכ״ה–1965, יודיע מגיש התוכנית בכתב לממונה על הגשתה, תוך ציון המיקום המדויק של תחנת הדלק ושם מוסד התכנון שאליו הוגשה התכנית.
