1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מיתקן ויסות“ – מיתקן הנמצא בכנרת או לידה ואשר באמצעותו ניתן להרים או להנמיך את פני המים בכנרת;
”מחזיק“ – מי שבחזקתו או בשליטתו נמצא מיתקן ויסות.
