(א)הרום המינימלי של הכנרת יהיה 213 מטרים מתחת לפני הים.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), בתקופה שבין י״ג בניסן התשע״ח (29 במרס 2018) לבין י״ב בחשוון התשפ״א (30 באוקטובר 2020), יכול שהרום המינימלי יהיה עד 214.87 מטר מתחת לפני הים.
