תיקון: תשמ״ו
נציב המים יעביר את התסקיר ואת הערותיו לשר החקלאות; לא קיבל נציב המים את התסקיר מן הועדה המייעצת תוך המועד האמור בתקנה 6, רשאי הוא להעביר לשר החקלאות את הערותיו בלבד.
