7. תחולת הוראות על מפעל המרחיב מיתקניו
כללים אלה יחולו על מפעל תעשיה קיים המגדיל או מרחיב את מיתקני הייצור שלו או מגדיל את היקף הייצור או השירותים הניתנים על ידיו.
