10. הוצאות רכש נלוות
(א)עד 9% מהסכום האמור בתקנה 7 יחולקו לבתי חולים בעבור הוצאות רכש נלוות.
(ב)חלקו של כל בית חולים מתוך השיעור האמור בתקנת משנה (א) יחושב לפי היחס שבין מספר מיטות האשפוז בבית החולים לבין מספר מיטות האשפוז של כלל בתי החולים ביום א׳ בתמוז התשפ״ב (30 ביוני 2022).
