26. תנאים לתקצוב נוסף בעד פעילות לצמצום ומניעה של סיכוני בטיחות למטופלים
תיקון: תשפ״ד
לבית חולים שביצע תחזוקת מבנה, תחזוקת שבר או תחזוקה מונעת, יחולק סכום תקצוב נוסף בעד ביצוע פעולות התחזוקה בבית החולים, ובלבד שבית החולים הגיש לאישור המנהל את תוכנית התחזוקה הכוללת לכל שנה ואת הפעולות לביצוע וההוצאה הצפויה בקשר להן.
