4. קיזוז
המנהל רשאי לקזז סכומים עודפים שהועברו לבית חולים בעד פעילות שבית החולים דיווח עליה אך לא בוצעה; בוצע קיזוז כאמור ולא נקבעו בתקנות אלה הוראות לעניין שימוש בסכומים עודפים כאמור, יחולו על השימוש בסכומים העודפים הוראות תקנה 3.
