56. תקצוב נוסף בעד רכש טכנולוגיות ומכשור מתקדם למכון רדיותרפיה
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
(א)25% מהתקצוב המרבי שלו זכאי כל בית חולים לפי פרק זה, יחולקו בעד רכש טכנולוגיות ומכשור מתקדמים למכון רדיותרפיה לצורך טיפול, תכנון הטיפולים, ניהול הטיפולים, הבטחת איכות ודוזימטריה.
(ב)תקצוב כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), יחולק לבית חולים שהגיש לאישור האגף לפיקוח על מערך האשפוז תוכנית רכש, וביצע את הרכש לפי תוכנית שאושרה.
