3. מועד לביצוע שאיבת נסיון
תיקון: ס״ח תשכ״ב
(א)בעל רשיון קדיחה יבצע תוך שנה ממתן הרשיון שאיבת נסיון, אלא אם הודיע לנציב תוך אותה תקופה שאין ברצונו לנצל את הרשיון. ביצוע שאיבת נסיון לא יימשך יותר מחודש אחד.
(ב)הודיע בעל רשיון הקדיחה תוך שנה כאמור שאין ברצונו לנצל את הרשיון, רשאי הנציב לחייבו לסתום את הבאר, כולה או מקצתה.
