17. ועדת חריגים לפיתוח
תיקון: תשפ״ו
ועדת חריגים לפיתוח תכלול את החברים האלה:
(1)נציג משרד הבריאות;
(2)נציג הממונה על התקציבים;
(3)נציג החשב הכללי;
(4)נציג מינהל תכנון, פיתוח ובינוי מוסדות רפואה במשרד הבריאות;
(5)אם בית החולים הוא חלק מרשת בתי חולים – נציג הרשת.
