6. הלוואה במטבע חוץ
בהלוואה במטבע חוץ – נוסף על העמלות לפי סעיף 3, רשאי התאגיד הבנקאי, אם נתן הלווה הודעה מוקדמת של פחות משני ימי עסקים, להתנות את הפירעון המוקדם בעמלה בגובה הפרשי השער, שבין שער מטבע החוץ ביום שבו בוצע הפירעון המוקדם לבין שער מטבע החוץ שיחול שני ימי עסקים מאוחר יותר; לענין סעיף זה יראו כיום עסקים, כל יום שבו נערך מסחר במטבע חוץ הן בארץ והן בחוץ לארץ.
