6. ביצוע תשלומים ועמלות
על אף האמור בצו זה –
(1)נתן בעל פיקדון הוראה לתאגיד בנקאי לבצע בעבורו תשלומים ולחייב את חשבון עובר ושב שלו, רשאי התאגיד הבנקאי להשאיר בחשבון סכום שיאפשר את ביצוע התשלומים הצפויים במשך שישה חודשים, וכן לממש, לפי הצורך, השקעות שנעשו לפי צו זה;
(2)רשאי התאגיד הבנקאי להשאיר בחשבון עובר ושב סכום לכיסוי העמלות שלו הצפויות במשך שנה, ולגבות מסכום זה את העמלות לא יותר מ־4 פעמים בשנה.
