2. המצאת מסמכים
תיקון: תשמ״ד, תשמ״ח
(א)מסמך שהוצא על ידי ערכאה שיפוטית של האזור כדי שיומצא בישראל, יומצא על ידי הערכאה האמורה בישראל בדרך הקבועה בתקנות 171, 178 עד 189 ו־491 או בסימנים א׳, ב׳, ג׳ או ד׳ לפרק ל״ב לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, התשמ״ד–1984, בשינויים הנובעים מן הענין.
(ב)הוראת סעיף קטן (א) תחול גם על מסמך שהוצא על ידי קצין מטה תובענות או על ידי ועדת עררים וועדה לרישום נכסי דלא ניידי שטרם נרשמו, שהוקמו לפי דיני האזור.
