6. דין הערובה
שוחרר אדם בערובה כאמור, נוהגים בו, בערביו, בערובה ובערבון הכספי כפי שנוהגים בעד שנעצר ושוחרר בערובה על ידי בית משפט, בתיאומים לפי הענין, ולענין זה כל סמכות המסורה לבית משפט תהיה מסורה לועדת החקירה.
