8. מעצר באין ערובה
לא ניתנה הערובה משנדרש הנעצר ליתנה על ידי קצין המשטרה האמור בתקנה 3, יוחזק הנעצר במעצר אם ועדת החקירה הורתה על כך בצו לכפיית ההתייצבות, מנימוקים שפירטה בצו. קצין המשטרה יודיע מיד ליושב ראש ועדת החקירה על המעצר. לא נקרא הנעצר להעיד בפני הועדה תוך שלושה ימים מיום מעצרו, ישוחרר מן המעצר.
