3. קביעת מדגם סטטיסטי מייצג
תיקון: תשע״ד
(א)ועדת ההיגוי תמנה מומחה בעל תואר שלישי לפחות בסטטיסטיקה (להלן – מומחה), אשר ימליץ לפניה על הרכב המדגם הסטטיסטי המייצג ומאפיינים נוספים שלו, שתקבע ועדת ההיגוי.
(ב)לאחר קבלת המלצות המומחה לפי תקנת משנה (א), תקבע ועדת ההיגוי את היקפו, הרכבו ומאפייניו של המדגם הסטטיסטי המייצג.
(ג)(פקעה).
