3א. דן יחיד
תיקון: 1322
(א)הנגיד ימנה, מבין חברי ועדות העררים, חברים, בעלי הכשרה משפטית, אשר ישבו כועדת עררים של דן יחיד.
(ב)הנגיד רשאי לקבוע כי הוא יכהן כועדת עררים של דן יחיד.
(ג)הנגיד יקבע את סדרי המינהל של ועדת העררים של דן יחיד.
