3. תחילה
(א)תחילתו של צו זה, לעניין מיתקן ספורט שמספר המושבים הקבוע בו הוא מעל 1,000, ביום פרסומו.
(ב)תחילתו של צו זה, לעניין מיתקן ספורט שמספר המושבים הקבוע בו הוא בין 501 לבין 1,000, ביום כ״ח באייר התשע״א (1 ביוני 2011).
