4. תפקידי מנהל
תיקון: תשכ״ו
(א)אלה תפקידי מנהל:
(1)מתן טיפול סוציאלי לנזקקים והגשת סעד על פי דין ובהתאם להוראות נוהל והנחיות המנהל הכללי של משרד הסעד;
(2)ביצוע תכנית פעולת הסעד של הרשות המקומית;
(3)תכנון תקציב הסעד בהתייעצות עם ועדת הסעד שליד הרשות המקומית וביצועו לאחר אישורו;
(4)המצאת ההחלטה של לשכת הסעד לידי הפונה אליה, בטופס שבתוספת.
(ב)בביצוע תפקידיו, המנהל יהיה כפוף לפיקוחם המקצועי של מפקחים שמונו על ידי השר.
