1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”השר“ – שר הסעד;
”לשכת הסעד“ – לשכת סעד שרשות מקומית מקיימת לפי סעיף 2 לחוק, לרבות מחלקה או יחידה של רשות מקומית הממלאה את התפקידים של לשכת סעד;
”נזקק“ – נזקק לפי תקנות שירותי הסעד (מבחני נזקקות), תש״ל–1970.
