15. דיון בהארכת מינוי
לקראת הפיכתו של מינוי לתקופת נסיון לפי סעיף 191 לחוק, למינוי של קבע כאמור בסעיף 192 לחוק, ולקראת כל הארכה של מינוי לכהונת שופט, תדון ועדת הבחירה בכשירויותיו של השופט הצבאי־המשפטאי ותתן דעתה ללקחים הנובעים מפעולתו השיפוטית (להלן – דיון בהארכת מינוי); הוראה זו תחול, בשינויים המחוייבים, גם על דיון בביטול מינוי במשך תקופת הנסיון.
