18. החלטת הועדה
(א)עם תום דיוניה תחליט ועדת הבחירה אם לבטל מינוי, להופכו לכהונת קבע או להאריכו, הכל לפי הענין.
(ב)נשיא בית הדין הצבאי לערעורים יודיע את החלטת הועדה לשופט.
