12. הזמנה חוזרת של העד בידי המליאה
מליאת ועדת הבחירה רשאית להחליט על הזמנתו אליה של כל מי שהעיד לפני ועדת המשנה, או של כל עד נוסף, ובלבד שתוכן הדברים יימסר לשופט ושתישמר לו גם אז הזכות הקבועה בסעיף 9(ב) סיפה.
