דיוניה של ועדת המשנה ושל המליאה של ועדת הבחירה לרבות העדויות שהושמעו לפניהן או חוות הדעת שנמסרו להן הם סודיים ומשתתף בדיון לא יגלה לאיש פרטים עליהם, זולת אם נאמר אחרת בכללים אלה.
