2. נוסח ההצעה
(א)ההצעה לדון בסיום כהונתו של שופט לפי סעיף 7(4) לחוק היסוד תיערך בכתב, ותפרט את מהות ההצעה ואת טעמיה העיקריים.
(ב)ההצעה תומצא לשופט אשר אליו היא מתייחסת ולכל חברי ועדת הבחירה.
