7. דרך שמיעת העדות
(א)בכפוף לאמור בסעיף 9, תישמע עדותו של כל עד המעיד לפני ועדת המשנה, בשלב הראשון, בנוכחות חברי ועדת המשנה בלבד.
(ב)דברי העד יירשמו בפרוטוקול הדיון שינוהל בידי היושב ראש של ועדת המשנה.
