10. הארכת מועד למתן החלטת המנהל
המנהל רשאי להאריך את המועד למתן החלטתו לפי סעיף 14ה(ד) לפקודה מטעמים מיוחדים או אם ביקש מאחד הצדדים השלמת פרטים, בתקופות נוספות שלא יעלו על 30 ימים בסך הכול, זולת אם שוכנע כי בנסיבות העניין מתקיימות נסיבות חריגות המצדיקות להאריך את המועד כאמור לתקופה ארוכה יותר.
