13. הנהלה ויו״ר זמניים
תיקון: ס״ח תשכ״א
(א)לא נבחרו ההנהלה או היושב ראש בישיבה הראשונה של רשות יזמן הנציב ישיבה שניה לבחירתם; לא נבחרו בישיבה זו, ימנה הנציב הנהלה ויושב ראש שתקופת כהונתם תהיה שנה אחת מיום המינוי או עד לבחירת הנהלה ויושב ראש כדין, הכל לפי המועד המוקדם יותר.
(ב)בתום השנה האמורה ייערכו, לפי הזמנת היושב ראש או הנציב, בחירות הרשות ודינן של בחירות אלה כדין בחירת הנהלה והיושב ראש הראשונים.
