19. בחירות חדשות
תיקון: ס״ח תשכ״א
(א)הופסקה כהונתם של הנהלה או יושב ראש מכל סיבה שהיא, תבחר הרשות במקומם הנהלה, או יושב ראש, מבין חבריה, בישיבה שתיקרא במיוחד לענין זה על ידי הנציב.
(ב)הופסקה כהונתו של חבר הנהלה מכל סיבה שהיא, תבחר הרשות במקומו חבר אחר מבין חבריה בישיבה שתיקרא במיוחד לענין זה על ידי היושב ראש. הודעה על הבחירה תישלח לנציב.
