3. חברי הרשות
תיקון: תשכ״א, תשנ״ז
(א)בכל רשות תהיינה חברות הרשויות המקומיות שפורטו בטור ג׳ בתוספת, שמספר קולות נציגיהן ברשות יהיה כמפורט בטור ד׳ לצדו.
(ב)בכל רשות יהיו חברים גם 3 נציגי הממשלה: נציג השר לאיכות הסביבה, נציג שר הבריאות, ונציג שר החקלאות ופיתוח הכפר.
