42. סדרי עבודה של המשרד הטכני
תיקון: ס״ח תשכ״א
(א)סדרי עבודתו של המשרד הטכני ומספר עובדיו ותפקידיהם ייקבעו על ידי הנהלת הרשות.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א) יתנהל במשרד הטכני יומן עבודה בהתאם להוראות הנציב. העתקים מרישומי יומן העבודה יימסרו לנציב ולמהנדס המתכנן לפי דרישתם.
