60. גישה לספרי הרשות ומסמכיה
(א)ספרי הרשות, מסמכיה וניירותיה, יהיו פתוחים לעיון ולבדיקה לפני כל חבר רשות, והוא רשאי להכין העתק או תקציר מהם, ובלבד שלא יוציא ספר, מסמך או נייר אחר ממשרדי הרשות בלי הסכמה בכתב מאת המזכיר או יושב ראש הרשות.
(ב)לועדות הרשות תהיה, בזמן ישיבתן, גישה לספרי הרשות, מסמכיה וניירותיה הנוגעים לעבודתן.
