2. מתן רישיון
מצאה הרשות המוסמכת כי נתקיימו במסלול המירוץ הקבוע כל התנאים האמורים בסעיף 8 לחוק ותקנות אלה, ושולמה האגרה הנדרשת לפי תקנות אלה, יונפק למבקש רישיון למסלול מירוץ קבוע בנוסח הקבוע בתוספת השניה.
