5. תקופת תוקף של תעודת הסמכה
תעודת הסמכה תינתן לאחר תשלום האגרה שנקבעה ולתקופה שלא תעלה על שנתיים, ואולם רשאית הרשות המוסמכת לחדש תעודה כאמור לתקופות נוספות, שלא יעלו על שנתיים כל אחת.
