16. תנאים למתן רשיון חשמלאי־טכנאי
המנהל רשאי לתת רשיון חשמלאי־טכנאי אם נתקיימו במבקש שני אלה:
(1)הוא טכנאי חשמל הרשום במדור חשמל בפנקס הטכנאים;
(2)הוא עבד במשך שנתיים כחשמלאי־ראשי.
