20. תנאים למתן רשיון חשמלאי־מהנדס
המנהל רשאי לתת רשיון חשמלאי־מהנדס אם נתקיימו במבקש שני אלה:
(1)הוא מהנדס חשמל בזרם חזק הרשום במדור חשמל, בפנקס המהנדסים;
(2)הוא עבד במשך שנתיים בהנדסת חשמל זרם חזק.
