32. בחינות
(א)יחידת הבחינות תערוך את הבחינות השונות הנזכרות בתקנות אלה תוך היעזרות בועדת בחינות של מומחים שימנה שר העבודה והרווחה (להלן – הועדה המייעצת).
(ב)האגף יקבע תכנית בחינות לכל אחד מסוגי הרשיונות שיכללו בחינות עיוניות ובחינות מעשיות.
(ג)נושאי הבחינה יהיו לפי תכנית הבחינות.
