4. החזרת רישיון רכב של כלי תחרותי שהותלה
(א)הותלה רישיון כלי תחרותי לפי הוראות תקנה 3, תבוטל ההתליה של רישיון הרכב שלו לבקשת בעליו, בכפוף לעמידה בבדיקת כשירות לתנועה לפי תקנה 5(א) עד (ג).
(ב)לא ביקש בעל הרכב את רישיון הרכב מהרשות המוסמכת או מי מטעמה או שבוחן לא אישר כי הרכב תקין לפי תקנה 5 – התליית הרישיון תימשך עד להחלטה אחרת של רשות הרישוי.
